The Walter Sisulu University Support Staff Recognition Awards provide an opportunity to publicly acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and successes of our colleagues which reflect and support our values.

The awards recognise those individuals who are making significant and outstanding achievements to enhance leadership, service, innovation, diversity and inclusion, health, wellness and safety of our students, staff and the wider community.

Long Service Awards 2020

The purpose of the long service awards is to recognise those employees who have dedicated themselves to the institution for a continuous period of 10 years and more.

WSU's long service awards are considered one of the most important forms of recognition because they reward staff for loyalty to the institution.

To motivate and engage staff while reinforcing the message of rewarding loyalty, WSU offers an award that is meaningful to the individual.
