Community Engagement & Outreach
Community Engagement & Outreach is an initiative designed to connect students with the broader community, encouraging them to actively participate in meaningful projects, volunteer opportunities, and cultural exchanges. By fostering mutual support, shared learning, and a sense of responsibility, this programme not only enriches students’ understanding of the world beyond the campus but also helps build a more compassionate, engaged, and socially conscious university environment.
The Cleaning Campaign is an initiative aimed at promoting environmental responsibility and maintaining a vibrant, healthy campus environment. Through organized cleanup efforts, students work together to preserve communal spaces, enhance their surroundings, and develop a shared sense of pride and stewardship. This collective action not only improves the physical campus but also fosters teamwork, respect, and a heightened awareness of sustainability.
67 Minutes is an initiative inspired by the legacy of service and positive social impact. It encourages students and staff to devote time—67 minutes—to community-oriented actions, such as volunteer work, mentorship, or charitable activities. By participating, individuals contribute to a more caring, unified campus and help instill the values of empathy, generosity, and civic engagement.
Adopt an Orphanage is a heartfelt initiative that encourages students to build meaningful connections with local orphanages. Through organized visits, donations, and shared activities, participants offer support, friendship, and valuable resources to children in need. This compassionate effort not only enriches the lives of the children and students involved but also helps nurture a culture of empathy, understanding, and social responsibility within the university community.
