Purpose 

The purpose of this diploma is to provide a professional and vocational qualification for the ICT industry, and to enable a graduate (diplomate) to apply advanced design, development, implementation and maintenance strategies and techniques in the development of software products and systems to meet specified industry needs and effectively manage and administer them in a reliable and cost-eff 

Admission Requirements: 

NQF Level 6 qualification with 360 credits in Information and Communication Technology, majoring in Applications Development or in a cognate discipline, with an achievement of not less than 60% for the majors.   

  

Any applicant who has not achieved the required 60% but has acquired two years of relevant experience may be considered for admission to this qualification.
